      Horrible service after enquiries

      We bought 2 rods and one was sent without a bag, after I asked the rep that helped me with my order (Andrew) he said that the rod was supposed to come with a bag...then 2 other people of the branch contacted me to tell me the rod does not have a bag but it was also on special, just because it is a special price to get rid of the rods, does not mean you can send a product incomplete without mentioning it on the advertisement. I made a request to atleast receive one but I was totally ignored
