The Essence series has been built around some of the most popular weights and rod lengths ideal for south African river and still water conditions when targeting trout or yellows. There are three models in the series ranging from 8’6” 4WT to 9-foot 5WT and 6wt Rods, to cover a range of applications from light tippet and flies to fishing heavier flies at distance and under windy conditions.  Built on a 4-piece, 24 Ton carbon blank the rod features:  A+ Natural Cork grips; an aluminium reel seat; 2 Stripper Guides, paired with black, double foot snake guides; and is supplied in a round Cordura covered tube in cloth bag.
